On April 22, 1973 I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour at Pleasantville Baptist Church back in Nova Scotia. I made four commitments to the Lord that night which I returned to at different times over the years as a benchmark to go back to when needed.
I moved out West in 1973 for work and found a young Christian lady here whom I married on April 21, 1979. We have always looked for and attended churches that stood on and preached the Word of God (King James Version).
I served in different positions in churches over the years and learned that unity and humility are the key ingredients for a healthy body of believers, when it is focused on our Lord Jesus Christ. This is something that does not come naturally, but by prayer and willfully submitting yourselves to the leadership and to our Lord Jesus Christ who is the head of the church.
